"Clean Slate" is a cookbook that I recently purchased and absolutely love. So many recipes using a great variety or fruits and vegetables. This cookbook truly comprises a collection of wholesome recipes that can be modified to suit you and your family accordingly. My favorite recipe is the "Broccoli-Spinach soup".
