They are easy to make and you can freeze the dishes, which is great when you are on-the-go. This is a really good option when you don't want to eat a meal that includes meat, poultry or fish. Hi Women In Need Admin! I have been using the 'Oh She Glows' book for a few years now and absolutely love it. I find all the food to be both tasty and healthy. Also, I love this book because the recipes are super easy to follow which is nice as I find lots of other vegan recipes to be time consuming. A really nice thing about this book is that you can freeze a lot of her recipes which is nice for me as I don't always have time to cook. I would totally recommend this cookbook to anyone who wants to eat tasty and healthy vegan recipes!
