As the corona virus is keeping many of us away from the gym and making gym equipment less accessible, I would like to share with you some of my top three favorite bodyweight exercises to maintain my strength over this time:
1. Burpees - This is one of my all-time favourite exercises for many reasons. Firstly, there are many different exercises incorporated into this one exercise (ie push-up, jump squat ...). With this being said, burpees are a great full-body exercise.
2. Push-ups - This is an amazing upper-body crusher! Whichever way you decide to perform the push-up, you will get a great workout from this movement alone. By narrowing and widening the width between your hands, you are able to concentrate on different upper body muscle groups.
3. Jump Squats - This is another one of my favorite exercises as the jumping involved in this exercise can be great for cardio as you also target your glutes and quads.
