The HIIT workout you will find below, is one of the most energy boosting sweat session I have ever taken part in. The beauty of HIIT is that you can perform this style of exercise in the comfort of your own home with limitted equipment. The workout video below is a follow-along video involving different styles of training which include the following: bodyweight movements, plyometrics (explosive movements), functional training and conditioning to name a few. Condensed in a 30 minute training session, the goal is to push passed your limits and discover new exercises. High intensity interval training (HIIT) is great for burning fat, improving endurance, and gaining lean muscle mass.
