Weightlifting straps are commonly known to allow better grip of a barbell when deadlifting or performing any other kind of pulling exercise that involves lifting weights. Prior to purchasing weightlifting straps, one of the major limiting factors of performing the deadlift is the grip you have on the barbell. Since purchasing weightlifting straps, I have added an additional 30lbs (13kg) to my deadlift. In addition to gripping the barbell, I have also seen some major improvements in regards to the condition of my hands after my lifting sessions. Below, I have linked the RDX weightlifting straps that I personally use for anyone who wishes to purchase affordable yet good quality straps.

Hi Hillary! I'll have to try these weightlifting straps. I find it to be very difficult to grip the bar as I deadlift heavier weights. Has anyone else tried these weightlifting straps and seen an improvement in their ability to grip the bar?
