Running is something that I have always struggled doing. I would find myself getting cramped up when running long distances, and I could not find the motivation to run for an extended period of time. Recently, I have been watching follow-along running videos that have really helped spark my motivation to run again. Though I don't run long distances but rather for around 20-30 minutes, I am still proud of myself and my drive to continue to improve on my running technique and skill.
