This article talks about a lot of great things you can do to ensure you eat well and exercise during the work week. Personally, I find it a challenge to stay on top of exercising and eating well during the week. Lately, I have tried to meal prep on Friday or Saturday nights which has been super helpful. It ensures I eat nutritious food and it is easy to quickly grab something when I'm on-the-go. I'd love to hear if anyone else has any other tips and tricks that has worked for them.
