This dinner idea can be simplified and made in advanced for a healthy weeknight dinner. Either roast a chicken on the weekend or buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, keep frozen pie crusts on hand and get busy making a great dinner for same day consumption or can be frozen. https://natashaskitchen.com/chicken-pot-pie-recipe/

Fiber is such an essential nutrient in one's diet and can sometimes be hard to consume through conventional foods. Seeds tend to be a great means of obtaining fiber from food without the need for dietary supplementation to meet your body's demand for it. Here is a delicious seed cracker recipe that I have tried and absolutely love. I also find this to be such a great recipe for meeting my body's fiber demands. Give it a try - https://downshiftology.com/recipes/ultimate-seed-crackers/

"Cool Beans" is a cookbook that I recently purchased (alongside "Clean Slate" which I also posted about) that comprises so many delicious recipes. A variety of beans are used as a base for the recipe. Any vegetarians or others who prefer avoiding meat will really enjoy this book. Beans are a great source of protein especially for those who do not eat meat. Here is the link to the exact cookbook (there is also a kindle version): https://www.amazon.ca/Cool-Beans-Ultimate-Versatile-Plant-Based/dp/0399581480

"Clean Slate" is a cookbook that I recently purchased and absolutely love. So many recipes using a great variety or fruits and vegetables. This cookbook truly comprises a collection of wholesome recipes that can be modified to suit you and your family accordingly. My favorite recipe is the "Broccoli-Spinach soup". Here is the link to the exact book I purchased - https://www.amazon.ca/Clean-Slate-Cookbook-Guide-Health/dp/0307954595 *If you don't want to purchase a hard-copy of the book, you can also purchase the kindle edition. I would recommend purchasing the paperback as I like to note any modifications I make to recipes in the margins for future reference :)
